Kick Off the Holiday Season with United Way!

Join us for a festive evening in support of local community programs funded by United Way West Central Manitoba.

With over 400 shoppers attending, the venue will be transformed into a vibrant holiday marketplace, featuring a wide variety of local vendors ready to help you get a jump on your holiday shopping.

By supporting this event, you're not only checking items off your gift list and celebrating local entrepreneurship — you’re also giving back. All proceeds go directly toward United Way programs supporting people in Portage la Prairie..

For Vendors:

Please fill out the form below as your application.  Vendor acceptance and table requests will be reviewed on a first in basis.  You will be contacted regarding acceptance and invoicing within ten (10) days of your application being received.

Tables are not considered confirmed until payment is received. Set up is Thursday, November 20, 2025 - 12 noon to 4 pm.  All vendors are expected to be set up by 4 pm for VIP shopping hour, no exceptions.

Donation of a door prize is required from your own product line (minimum value of $20) and is required for the event's prize table prior to 4 pm on event day.

Shopping Night will occur regardless of weather. Vendor fees are non-refundable after Friday, November 7th 2025.
